Kevin Shirley doesn’t just build businesses; he engineers high-performance systems designed to dominate. As the founder of Cedar Pest Control, multi-territory operator, and growth consultant, Kevin has spent over two decades mastering the intersection of raw operational grit and cutting-edge technology. Today, he leverages that exact framework to help driven entrepreneurs build scalable, wealth-generating legacies of their own.

Greg Schow and Michael Mills founded Aspen Mountain Partners in 2004 to partner with and purchase companies that share the values of teamwork, growth, and quality. Aspen Mountain Partners started humbly, acquiring four vending machines in dormitories at a private university in Idaho. Seventeen years and 15 acquisitions later, the company has grown from a small, two-person team into a complex, nationwide organization with hundreds of team members.

Michael lives with his wife, Rochelle, and their five children in Richmond, VA. When not working, Michael enjoys exploring singletrack paths on his mountain bike, fly fishing, jumping on a trampoline, watching swim meets, and coaching soccer games with his family. Michael played soccer and studied economics and sociology at the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts before attending graduate school in business at the University of Virginia’s Darden School.

Greg is an entrepreneur at heart and loves seeing organizations thrive for employees and customers. He loves building organizations with passionate people to create the “Best place they’ve ever worked!” Greg graduated from the University of Utah in 2004, where he was also a walk-on on the basketball team. He loves sports and anything related to teams, including basketball, volleyball, mountain biking, and whitewater sports. Greg is deeply honored to be a part of the Willet Hauser team and partner in this sacred artwork. Greg resides in Utah with his wife, Jill, and 5 children, who love to escape to the mountains whenever possible for skiing, hiking, or kayaking!
